沈晓星女士是星韵童声合唱团创始人，并一直担任艺术总监及指挥。曾多次率领百人儿童合唱团参加由新泽西州交响乐团主办的新春大型音乐会，与著名指挥家张弦协同指挥，受到广泛赞誉。沈晓星女士还很重视和积极参与各种社区活动，她经常带领着星韵童声合唱团去老人院，图书馆，学校和社区多种文化节进行义演。
沈晓星女士是原中央广播艺术团小提琴艺术家，曾多次策划纽约和新州大型文艺演出和任艺术总监，并多次担任各类艺术形式大赛的评委:

Rebecca Shen is the founder, artistic director and conductor of the Starry Arts Group Children’s Chorus. Her 100 chorus kids participated many years for the New Jersey Symphony’s Lunar New Year Concerts. She assisted the famous conductor Xian Zhang to conduct the children’s chorus with the Symphony in concert. They received many complements from Conductor Xian Zhang and the ordinances.
Rebecca Shen often brings her children’s chorus to perform and make contributions for the societies, such as nursing homes, libraries, schools, multiple culture festivals and so on.Rebecca Shen is the former violinist in Central Broadcasting Art Troupe in Beijing.
